I had bariatric surgery on April 9, 2012. When I started in Jan I weighed 302lbs. On the date of my surgery I weighed 286lbs. My goal weight is 165lbs. I will say that the post diet is the hardest for me to maintain. So I need to buckle down and get this done for me.
As of June 4, 2012 I weigh 252.5

Diet followed reasonably well.
