I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. I hope I'm down. I've been bad with my eating and need to get back on track. I had my birthday dinner celebration at the olive garden and really enjoyed it. Back to reality. I also need to push myself harder to exercise at the Y, having trouble staying motivated. I'll get it. Tomorrow is a new day & week! I have a couple goals I would like to reach.

Thats how I have been as well, me and my wife went to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate, I loved it but it was enough to hold me for a bit while I got back on track. You got this! Dont stop pushing.
