Not a big loss but still a loss. Most of the week I had been fairly good but there were days that I was not. I think a good portion of my binge eating was due to dehydration. Normally I try really hard to drink 112 oz but last week was more challenging mainly because of all the stuff I've needed to get done. Oh well...Monday is the beginning of a new week so I am hoping that I will be better about tracking and working out. I also want to start working harder on disciplining myself to not only be a better role model but also to show my girls how to remain in control of themselves.
