Well 1st time below 14% Body fat since Christmas ... two weeks eating chocolate/drinking to excess got me to just under 16% and its taken 6 weeks of hard slog and exercise to get back to pre Dec figures.
Not sure it worth it maybe next year I'll not demolish quite so many Quality Streets :D.
Interestingly weight was not effected the same couple of Kg and was easy to remove again.

Hi Angel, I spent my whole life not running due to a ruptured ACl when I was 18 always thought running hurt it. But Aug 16 started walking to lower BP around 10 miles a week. As fat fell off started running just over junctions initially as part of walk slowly increasing. Knees weren't a big issue but over the following 4 months tore most muscles in legs at some point. But found it quite an easy fit into my lifestyle early morning running. Now run 35 Miles a week with around 25 miles walking with dogs as well. biggest issue is aerobically I'm fitter than my physical body hence when running uphill have managed to stretch/tear both Achilles. Not stopped me running just slowed me down :D

That’s amazing. I’ve been recovering from spinal surgery, so haven’t done much other than physio and some Pilates. Now I’m feeling so much better I feel ready to get fit and healthy again. I’ve been walking, but literally having dreams about running lol. Anyway, I’ve just ordered a treadmill. Wish me luck!
