5/24 Ran 3 miles @ 8:34 pace. 5/25 Ran 5 miles @ 9:13 pace. 5/26 Ran 3 miles @ 8:34 pace. 5/27 Ran 3 miles @ 8:34 pace. 5/28 Ran 5 miles @ 9:13 pace. Very busy weekend, but still managed to get my running and work outs in. Ate and drank way to much this weekend, tried to maintain some level of control.
