Got another 8 hours of sleep! Need to get back on track on the eating, though. A bit of emo-eating: sick, break-up, & waiting to hear about a job. Turning it over to God ain't so easy for a control freak like me! :-P Today is another day to give it another shot!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
