Victories
Down to one cup organic coffee/day
Followed exercise plan as scheduled (JM Toning vid 2x/week, cardio @ 85% HRT 3x/week)
Didn't totally go off track at the fondue restaurant!!! HUGE victory for me! :)

Challenges
Getting enough sleep. Sleep schedule is all off, I feel groggy all day.
Throwing in the towel Saturday when we are out of town all day. I do fine during the day, but when we get home I just want to eat!
Finding time for a workout that works with the family schedule. Still haven't got it nailed down.. will keep working on that.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
