I have lost a pant size, 17 1/2 inches, and gained muscle as well as toned. The most noticable areas thighs, waist, hips and tummy. Reducing calories has help and my trainer is kicking my butt, LOL !!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
