Back to a slow-carb regimen. Low carb, high protein six days a week. Lots of fish, chicken and beef. Plus veggies, Eggs, too. Pretty easy if you like stir fry, chilli, etc. Day 7: eat anything. And repeat. Also, I've stopped weekday drinking. A porter or two a night adds up -- both in terms of money and calories. Beer is saved as a treat for Day 7.
