Very proud of myself this week, ate healthy and up to 1400 calories a day. i already feel better and light, not bloated and regretful as always. (i hated myself then) Today, was my cheat meal day and I'm back on it tomorrow. I should get back to the gym this Sunday. i think I'll be weighing myself once i feel confident enough.

Any tips on how i can boost my metabolism?
