Getting back onto watching what I eat properly is proving a bit of a chore at the moment! But I'm getting there. Generally, I'm aiming to reduce my carbs intake (but not to Atkins level) while increasing my exercise level. Exercise is definitely up - I'm committing to swimming twice per week, and I'm walking everywhere!
