Everything is going well with exercising. I ran 2 miles with my husband, then did a yoga workout and a jazzaerobic workout. I did well with the run, but I could have pushed myself a bit more. My heart rate was up to 180 at one point, so I backed off a bit. I bought a bunch of quick lean frozen dinners. They are all under 300 calories and if I add a cup of vegetables I can round out a healthy filling meal. I also have started to eat slowly and that really helps to send a message of fullness while eating less food.
