Well, its been a little while since I last really posted. I've gotten a little distracted with life and trying to take care of other priorities. Fortunately, I've kept my weight loss going. Kind of. I'd hit a bit of a plateau, not as bad as my last one, but I hit it pretty good. I've been following my food plan pretty well. The occasional stretch (is that really ground sirloin?) and some alcohol over the holidays.

I hope everyone has been doing well, and I hope to start posting more often.

Good to see your post. There are a bunch of us that disappeared over the holidays. Your weight loss chart looks good. Drag out your book and scrutinize it again. Try some other foods that you may have disliked as child, but might like as an adult. I hated beans growing up, but know I love to eat them as a protein with a portion of my dairy (shredded cheese) and ff sour cream. MMMMM! All the best.

Yeah you are back....I have not posted too much lately myself. But we keep on plugging and that is a good thing.
