Back on track since returning from vacation. Gained 5 pounds, but it seems that I established some pretty good habits, so it wasn't hard to hit the treadmill or get back to portion controlled eating.
Im feeling really good about this journey... looking forward to seeing my body change weekly! I've got a closet full of clothes that are waiting on me when I reach my destination! I started out wanting to look good, but it's more than that now! I want to feel good, and that is what I'm feeling. I am so proud of myself for being consistent, but more importantly, my feelings of well-being is off the charts! God is good!
