Approximate weight as we are away and using someone else's scales, which are analogue. Also, from urine probably dehydrated too. Scales appeared to show sub 70 kg.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
