6.5 INCHES LOST!!!!

So, today is Day 14 of my new lifestyle! :)

I am now following the Low Carb Express 1400 Calorie per day regimen. "Low Carb Express" means 30% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 30% Fats.

I measured in today, and I have lost 5 lbs and 6.5 inches in the past 13 days!!! I am so excited with the results I am seeing! Especially the inches!

And I am getting stronger every day. I have been following my workout schedule very well, currently doing cardio and strength training 5 days a week with 2 rest days. Next month I will bump it up to 6 days a week.

Once I plateau, it will be time to raise my calories to 1600 calories a day to condition my body further towards optimum food metabolism and continue weight loss. When I reach my goal physique, I will (hopefully) be back up to recommended 2000 calories a day to maintain.
