My first week of weightloss (for this go around). This time around I've changed some things. I'm following a mostly vegan diet and mostly whole foods, hoping this is thing that helps me keep my weight down. I'm also not restricting calories as much.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 January 2018:
1807 kcal Fat: 54.96g | Prot: 54.51g | Carb: 285.51g.   Breakfast: Wyman's Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries, Flaxseed Seeds, Ralphs 100% Whole Grain Oats. Lunch: Hummus - No Added Oil, Broccoli, Celery, Carrots, Walnuts, Cuties Mandarin Orange, Fuji Apples, Alvarado Street Bakery No Salt Sprouted Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner: Trader Joe's Frozen Chopped Spinach, Trader Joe's Kung Pao Tempura Cauliflower. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Multiseed with Tamari Soy Sauce. more...

I eat mostly whole food vegan as well. Have you seen the doc. Forks over Knives? It's a total life changer. Good luck with everything!

@2019Willbelit I haven't, I was introduced to it by Dr. Gregor at NutritionFacts.org. I also love listening to the PCRM's podcast "The Exam Room" . Glad to see another WFPB dieter here!

Forks Over Knives is what got me started too. What the Health is another good one. Both are on Netflix. Another great resource is to search Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn & Dr. Neal Barnard on youtube. There are many great lectures by them there. Linked is a lecture by Esselstyn on how to completely reverse heart disease. It's a real eye opener. https://youtu.be/AYTf0z_zVs0
