I’m a newbie on this website. Very interesting from what I see😊 I’m 61 and find it harder to lose weight! I’ve gained 30 lbs trying to lose 20😜 I always say-starting my diet Monday so I’m gonna eat whatever this weekend. My youngest is 45 and I’m still trying to lose The weight I gained from the pregnancy🙄 Over the years I’ve tried every diet from A to Z! I’m going to try the Atkins combined with “The belly fat cure” since both so similar. I’m excited to find this site!
