Yesterday Lunch w/Heather at Blue Owl Kimswick. 1/2 piece quiche, small salad w/strawberies, maderin oranges, nuts, carrots, poppy seed dressing. 1/2 piece french chocolate piece, 1/2 piece coconut cream pie. 92 degree day
On way home QT 32 oz diet Dr Pepper. late night snack a little cherry bardoux chocolate ice cream, 2 square ice cream bars vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
