I am back in ketosis!! It was not as hard as I thought it would be to get back. Of course I did all of the research in ways to get back and what I did seemed to work. I have read that it is good to be keto adapted, but I guess you have to be in ketosis long enough to get into that phase. I don't know where I am, but I am happy to say that after having three sticks not change color at all, I was happy to see a small amount in my urine this morning. So yesterday I decided to do a fast which would have been 24 hours, but I did not go that long. Here is what I ate; a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of olive oil ( I should have used coconut oil instead), a Wayback burger with grilled onions, pepperjack cheese, lettuce tomato, a little ketchup and no bun. For dinner my friend took me to the herbalife place across the street from the gym. I had water with some mango flavor, some orange flavor tea and a banana and chocolate protein shake. Later that night I had two handfuls of cashews. I was positive that I was going to have to do another morning fast, but I did not. I do not know what to expect as far as the scale goes this week. I am not as worried as usual, but then again it is only Wednesday. Let's see if my knees are shaking on Friday.
