Well since I started back with work, it's been a little difficult trying to maintain my eating behavior on this plan. Unfortunately, I usually skip lunch, which I know is a bad thing to do! I have to find quick, filling snacks that I can eat...still waiting for my book...we have "real" snail mail here...
