Dica de lanchinho: chips de coco! Serve tanto para LC como para RA, pois tem baixa caloria e pouquíssimo carboidrato. São lasquinhas de coco assadas e só! Meu marido gostou assim, eu coloquei um pouco de sal, fica mais parecido com um chips.
