Been a long time since posting bit of an update tore/strain left achillies late Oct so have been running slow/long distance twice hit over 200,000 steps in a week with average distance 15-20 Miles a day. This caused me to lose a little more weight when I'm trying for stable but only a few pounds so not to concerned. Went out this morning for 1st fast run since injury and what do you know PB'd my 10Km course by 25 sec (49min) so really pleased haven't lost what pace I'd worked for prior to injury.
