Monday 11/27 -- Nice Long Workout
Gym finally open after being closed for 4 days. Total Body Workout with emphasis on legs- a little tough to get back into workout after such a long break, got my workout in WAY too late in the day--also fasting-- not the perfect situation blah blah blah
Warmup/ stretch Calf raises Step-ups 3x15--15lb, 12 lb Push-ups w/ 2 tiers Rotary Torso 3x15 86 lbs Adductor 2x oops forgot to note lbs: on the 20th I did 140 lbs Abductor 98 lbs 2x 1 set at ab machine-- could not do 100, but 90lb was okay--tough to finish
Forgot to do tricep dips 🙄
3x15 squats 40lb total-- time to go up & learn to use the rack because it's going to get too hard to lift over my head
1 set sumo squats @ 12lb
Leg extension 80 lb 👍 --just 1 set each Leg curl 60 lb? 70 lb? Oops
Bridgework on the mat w/ 25 lb plate: Really great burn 3x15 ( left, right, center)
Stretch
Threw in another set of barbell squats and shoulder side raises @ home
Sunday 11/26 rest day
Saturday 11/25--full house & very little privacy--did floorwork late at night
