Reached 220 and now Im back up. December 1st Ill be starting my "New Years Resolution" or at least continuing and trying to be more consistent and focused. Still doing low carb diet, slowly transitioning to a pescatarian lifestyle. I will be keeping track here and on IG @ byefitlisha
231.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
