October 12, 2017 183 lbs and blood sugar 115. Light dinner, high protein and veggies, really works for weight loss and for blood sugar. I was 210 at Drs office this summer so I feel good to be down to 183. Forty one lbs to go, usually one at a time, and maybe only 2-3 a month, but saggy skin and wrinkles might make slow weight loss better than fast. 76 years old is not 36 years old. Things have changed.Blood tests tomorrow, fasting, and drs appointment next Friday after that. Still taking only half a glypizide. Took out hook and eye extenders. Things fit much better. Jackets button. Must say that the little picture of pizza by my entries is appalling. Nothing is more glycemic (except ice cream, candy, or mashed potatoes) and less likely to be on my diet. Pizza is only once or twice a month, and each time it bumps my weight up two pounds for at least a day or sometimes longer.
