I started the whole30 on September 7th. I have now been on it for 16 days. Yes I had a few cheat meals which is not allowed but I am determined to stick with this as long as I can. To date I have lost a total of 12 lbs!! I have a long ways to go but I am determined to make this a lifestyle change and not just a diet.
