I have been gone for a while but am determined to bounce back! Been out of employment for a couple months now. Too much going on in my life to commit to recording every little thing I nibbled on during the day in-between working a 9 hour job. The scraps and steals off my co-workers lunches don't count, I would tell myself. This is not the case. Depression/stress is no reason to treat myself like a dumpster. Positivity came knocking now that I have grumbled through my unemployed state feeling sorry for myself. Without those distractions, I can now focus on my mental, physical, and emotional health to attract better quality into my life. Wish me luck!
