Wish I could get motivated by veggies. I look at this and realize immediately why I'm on a keto diet. Veggie on! :)

Lol! It also had banana, strawberry and "power" greens (kale, chard, spinach) and it was delicious! 😋

How do you like the blueberry slimlife tea? How does it help?

hlkjellybean: I love the taste and the green tea gives a mild caffeine boost & also boosts metabolism/thermogenic responses. I drink it instead of other things like lemonade. Which I had started drinking again over the summer... So it definitely lowers the amount of calories/sugar/carbs I would otherwise be drinking. I have diabetes so this is a way better choice overall!
