Bush's chicken. Not a cheat day. I've had less than 400 calories and less than 20g of carbs total. I won't eat again until like 8 and I'll have a scoop of peanut butter.

I didn't eat the skin, it sadly went in the trash. Broke my heart to do it.

Nothing wrong with the skin - note Fat eaten does not turn to fat storage only sugar does and that can come from too much protein eaten - hence you need to look at your macros and find out what it the limit of protein your body requires before it is turned to sugar
