Weight 187.8. Lost my grip on resolve when I had that hard flu and lost so much so fast-down to 184 in two days. However, lately I've been cheating and trying to eat foods that don't weigh much, but my 187 turned into 188 today.
There's only one way to do this, and that's sticking to it. Blood sugar this morning 116. It's important to eat high fiber foods and to get a good spread of vitamins, but today's food plan is a good one, and if I ate like that every day I would continue to lose weight. Walking has to begin soon. Obviously I am letting body sink into a torpor that makes weight loss difficult. A walk after dinner is easy in the summer. And with my new schedule, getting home by 4, I might be able to walk in the water as well. Writing down every bite is important.

Reporting all that I eat and taking blood sugar more frequently will help. Had a tease of berry pie this am.
