even thou i have lost weight with me doing non of ma normal workouts for the last 2 days im startin to worry,which i know it stupit but just frighten incase i put the weight back on,has anyone gone though this and pls tell me how u can over come it,thanks x

Hey Crazy, You have a new style of shorthand! I understand the worry! It hits me once or twice a week. I think I am getting over the challenge by logging my diet every day (i miss a few from time to time). Planning ahead and having protein rich food in the fridg to snack on. Your diet looks decent (a little low on protein!), if you get hungry, try to add lean low salt protein and see how your body responds. I know being involved with this sight, and reading others journals has helped a lot as well! Start with one commitment (like logging all your food), then another, then a work out schedule, one step at a time moving forward will help you from moving backwards!
