Been on a smoothie kick,
Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango, peach, pineapple, kiwi
kale, spinach, greens
Yogurt, orange juice, coconut water
117.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
