Started (two weeks ago)eating lettuce with salt and pepper and some meat, I hate salad dressings. Hopefully lettuce will help fill me up while providing the nutrients I need.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
