i did get out and walk TWICE at least a half hour each time so thats good mostly water all day its really not so bad only water ivory is AWESOME at reminding me about water THANX IVORY NO NIGHTTIME SNACKING maybe if i say it enough times it will stick LOL anyway after feeling how tight my NEW clothes r I AM DETERMINED 2 look at least better (2 me) by my b-day wish me luck
