Did another awesome 70 mins on the elliptical this evening: 4.52 mi, 675 cals burned & 190 ave. max HR. Made a bombass salad for dinner, under 400 cals & more than satisfying. I find that having caloric intake range is helpful for me. I can easily eat the same foods over & over w/o going crazy, which makes people think I'm crazy. One more day till I complete week 1 & so far it's been great! I hope I can keep it up. 6lbs down thus far, let's hope my the scale keeps going down ; )
