Finally dared to get on the scale. 112.8. So glad my previous wine binge did no permanent damage. Turns out a bottle of zinfandel only contains around 500 calories, could that be right???
I took a day off from exercise yesterday due to a benefit concert I had. It was a long day! I am planning to run at the track today. Hope I can do 6 miles.
I am loving my new obsession of tracking my diet & exercise. It is more productive than obsessing over past relationships. I feel healthy and free from all that baggage. I'm still working on letting go, but it won't be long! Sometimes when things seem the worst it is actually the beginning of something even better.
