So it's 7 days since I started my workouts again. I can't believe I've lasted a whole week without collapsing or getting discouraged because I'm not as fit as I used to be! I have so much more energy after only one week of this. Part of me wonders if it's psychological; I'm buzzed that so far, I've overcome my fear of working out again. Long may it continue!

Looking at my weight loss over the past week, I'm down about a pound which kind of surprised me as I feel better now than I've done after weeks of bigger weight losses. Hopefully I don't do the dog on it tomorrow for Paddy's Day... *gulp*... I'll at least try to start the day off well but inevitably, I'll end up in a pub. Ah sure, it has to be done ;-) Mind you, I have a sore throat today so who knows if I can even go out tomorrow....

Anyway, happy pre-Paddy's Day to y'all!
