I dropped a pound after going back to writing down everything I eat, it's a big darn hassle but worth it I guess. I'm determined to get through these holidays without gaining extra weight for once, in fact I have already found some low carb recipes I'm going to make so I can eat and enjoy myself along with the rest of my family. I found a great low carb broccoli cheese casserole, and "mock" mashed potatoes made with cauliflower. I'm kind of looking forward to finding new things to try.

I hate to write it down, but it really keeps me on track. I go to curves, but am not following their diet, just trying to keep the calories down and the exercise up through the holidays. I feel better just knowing that I'm trying.
