Made Cheesy Bread - nomnomnom. :-) I was good and only had a small slice. Felt like eating more, but waited. I realized that I was pretty full and did not need any more to eat. It will be good to spend this weight loss time training myself into healthy eating (e.g. not over indulging).
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
