Getting over the flu finally. I called about the throat culture, the woman who saw me the other day was a doctor not a nurse practioner. The throat culture was negative - so I don't have strep. I was out a little while ago at a convienence store and a woman who I think works at the doctor's office turned around and said, "I thought I recognized that voice", she meant it as a compliment, one woman downstairs said I had a very nice voice, which I know should help me get a girlfriend and it has been a drought for a long while. At the arthritis doctor's office the receptionist complimented my smile, but I think she had a wedding ring on. Anyway, I'm sure glad I lost weight as I know I look a lot better than fifty pounds heavier than now. Lots of deep slush on the ground here. It's raining now, it has been a mess over two days now, my brother-in-law was over yesterday and fixed my newer computer. I plan to get a brand new one this summer maybe. It is such a relief to feel better and be able to go back on Atkins in the next few days, once my strength is fully back...
