Splurged last night and had a small vodka cranberry, but with the day I had I figured I deserved it. Other than that, I did really well! Meals were great and on track. Worked out in the morning and slept well... so all in all I would say I did good.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
