Well I have had an exceptional week. 3.6 pounds in one week is a little much for me at this point in my diet when I was targeting 2 lbs/week.
My carb re-feed night was last sunday and I was sane in that I kept my carbs to 200g for the evening. the previous week was a little crazy exceeding 300 g and I had a disappointing 0.8 lb weight loss that week.
I've gotten lazy and have not been writing everything down, so I need to keep it up. I have started wearing a cryo fat burn vest at night for 45-60 minutes for the past 10 days and wonder if that had a little effect. I am going on a business trip and wont be able to take all those frozen gel packs with me so we shall see if I stall this week without.
In any case I weighed in below 200 lbs today. I haven't been there since 2013. Yay me.
