At a plateau, just happy to have not gained. Been in a really good place with my diet, and I'm slowly learning what's okay to have in moderation and what to cut out altogether. Happy day!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
