yes it is. just got my hubby on board with me and now we have a lil competition going to see who can drink the most quarts of water everyday. typical breakfast for is. egg bacon and some kind of fruit or veggie. usually add some cheese but i decided to save the extra calories for dinner tonight. pork verde salads.

lol...smaller plate means a fuller plate....its all a mind thing. same portion on a small full plate feels like so much more than a big plate half empty.
