It’s Monday. Went to Applebee’s this weekend, had one of their 550 calorie or below meals, the Sizzling Asian Shrimp and Broccoli, their web site shows it as 470 calories, but I am reluctant to believe that. Anyway at least it’s a gauge to keep track of, I wouldn’t expect it to be more than 25% off target, but could be, who knows. I also had water with my meal, which saved a few calories and dollars as well. I’ve been incorporating some weight training on top of the push-ups and sit-ups, dumbbell presses, over head presses and some bicep curls. I ordered a medicine ball also this weekend; hope to use it to help with the mid section and other areas I suppose. Maybe use it with the exercise ball for some tricep extensions. I also bought a new pair of running shoes, feet are happy.
Oh forgot to mention weigh in coming up on the 10th, hoping for 4-5 pounds. Will post results Saturday morning sometime.
