So I have come up with a great solution for me to help keep me on track... I'm going to plan out my lunch and dinner ahead of time on my work week and I'm going to journal it before hand so I know and I don't forget to journal it on time... I work late 4 day's a week and I forget to do my food journal till I get home and Idk if I'm entering everything in right so making the time to journal it before hand will help me stay on track especially at work... I'm a waitress and we deal with so much food that it's tempting..Bringing in my own food has really helped me... I'm super happy of the control I'm maintaining
