Grasa 19%. Ejercicios con el grupo estela,steps. Nutricionista me indico baje 3lbs/mes. BMI menor 25. En 24.5. Bajado total mayo 2011, 23 lbs y 16.5 lbs Grasa.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
