Evening is the worst time for me when it comes to snacking. Any ideas on what works.....

If you're doing lites, save one for evening. Otherwise use your free foods/condiments. I do the sugar free jello with Fat free cool whip. I also do things that require me to keep my hands clean, such as crochet. I don't want to get my yarn project dirty, so that helps. Review your diary to make sure you had all your foods. You'ld be surprised what can be forgotten.

Well...what I like to do is have my dairy after dinner. I like the stringy mozzarella cheese. Each one is 1 oz and you can have 2 for your full dairy of the day. I like to sit in front of the tv and slowly peal the cheese away and it takes forever if you do it that way. And it helps, especially if your craving. But of course you have to save your dairy for that night. But its worth a try. But be sure its the part-skim, light or reduced-fat. Or save a fruit for after dinner. If you like grapes, you can have 15, and you can snack on those. It feels like your eating alot since you do get 15. But go ahead and count them out and put the others away so you dont over do it. Also you could have sugar-free jello, its a condiment and is free. Just eat it slow and throw some fat free cool whip on it. You've really got lots of options. Good luck!!

I agree with the other two posters. I save one of my lites for after dinner and usually have it with a dairy. If I still have the munchies, I'll either have sugar free jello or drink some water. An LAWL counselor told me that if for some reason, I still have the munchies after all that eat a serving of fruit. Good luck.
