I gained weight! I've been exercising and been tracking my food and sticking mostly to 2000 calories a day. But, I think here lies the problem 2000 is too much, I changed my RDI to 1500 calories a day. I'm going to try drinking 2 weight loss shakes a day plus a healthy dinner, and one snack a day. If this doesn't work I'm going to cry...lol.

and the "bad days" have to be cut out or limited to no more than once a week.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
